Hi there, I have some frustrations and concerns that I hope someone could give their insights on this. So my laptop just came back from a repair (at a branch in Jakarta, Indonesia) because previously my touchpad would not work and after I did troubleshooting, the system asked me to reset then my laptop went to blue screen and would not start. The service center had to delete all my data and totally reset my laptop which they said will fix the problem. So I agreed and the touchpad does work now and my laptop can start normally. However they had to downgrade my Windows which previously was Windows 11 to Windows 10 cause they said WIndows 11 is still in development, and recommended me not to update my Windows since it may cause another problem for my laptop. Is this a valid reasoning for my problem? Then another issue that I face is after the repair, my settings specifically display settings cannot work, it causes the settings to hang when I click it and I'd have to restart my settings window to be able to click the other settings. I asked this to the HP service center that fixed my laptop but they asked me to come back to the  service center but the problem is I am working during their working hours and I am around 2-3 hours drive to the service center location. So I'd really appreciate it if someone may have a solution for this issue. Thank you in advance.
