Hi, I cannot access USB storage devices. When trying to open I get this error message, "You don't currently have permission to access this folder". After clicking "Continue" the next message is: "You have been denied permission to access this folder".
To solve I have tried,
1. Right clicking the USB drive in Windows Explorer and selecting "Properties" but the "Security" tab is not present. The Security tab is available, however, on non USB locations such as folders and C:\ drive.
2. Checking "Local Group Policy Editor" and navigating to User configuration\Administrative Templates\System\Removeable Storage Access\All Removeable Storage Classes. Deny all Access. The setting was: "Not Configured", so I don't believe this is causing the problem.
I'd be most appreciative if someone can suggest a solution.
Regards

It could be a problem with the security software. I get a message similar to that and it is because of my security stopping the process.
What internet security/anti-virus is installed?
I'm not an HP employee.
