Hi:

 

HP does support your notebook with W10 drivers.

 

HP Pavilion Laptop PC 15-eg1000 Software and Driver Downloads | HP® Customer Support

 

The only way to install W10 would be to clean install W10 by making a bootable USB installation flash drive with the media creation tool from the link below.

 

Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)

 

If your notebook has an Intel 11th generation core processor, you will need to install the storage controller driver during the installation so Windows can find the drive.
