HP ZBook 17 G5 Mobile Workstation

The Serial Number is [Personal Information Removed] for my computer. Since I upgraded to windows 11 my computer has been slow and sometimes crashes on me. All I want is to downgrade to windows 10 but I'm not sure how and there are files I need to save. If you can show me how to keep the files I need and how to downgrade to windows 10 then I can do it myself.

Hi:

 

If it has been more than 10 days since you upgraded your notebook to W11, then the only way to go back to W10 would be to clean install W10.

 

Save any personal files you want to reinstall afterward and use the HP cloud recovery client utility to create a bootable USB recovery drive to factory reset your notebook to W10.
