Hi:
If you don't live in an EU country (EU needs W7 N version), you can make your own plain W7 installation media this way...
Download the COEM ISO version -- what HP would have used (OEM).
Click on the Windows ISO Downloader.exe link to download the tool to create the W7 ISO file download.
I have zipped up and attached the Microsoft utility below, that will allow you to either put the file on a USB flash drive or burn it to a DVD.
Then you can install the drivers and available software you need from your PC's support page.

Hi Paul, thanks for answering. Yes I live in a EU country, in Italy. First I wrote to Microsoft Assistance in order to download Win 7 iso with the product key on the back of my notebook, but They said I had to download it from HP website. Now on HP website I couldn't be able to find the download button for Win 7 and redeem it with the product key. Now I don't know what to do, can I use the link you gave me anyway or should I try another way?
Thanks for your help and forgive me for my English

You're very welcome.
If there is an Italian language COEM ISO file to select, you have nothing to lose by trying it.
HP does not sell recovery media for your model anymore.
The only place where you have any chance of ordering recovery media for your notebook is from here...
