I am trying to download 2 updates in Windows 11. Each time I receive the same error message: 0x800f0805
I have already tried to use the troubleshooter from Windows but this does not help. Do you have any idea how I can solve this?

You're very welcome.
Sometimes our PC's are sent updates that are not applicable to them.
This is the link where you can get the standalone update for the first file.
KB4023057: Update for Windows Update Service components (microsoft.com)
Scroll down the page and you will find the link to click under the How to Get This Update section.
Here's what you can do to prevent updates that are failing to install from showing up in the Windows Update application:
Run the Microsoft Hide Windows Updates Utility that I zipped up and attached below.
Download, unzip and run the program.
It will find the two updates that won't install.
Check the box next to each update to hide the updates.
The program will run, report the problem is 'fixed,' and after you restart the PC, the updates should be gone.
If they are not gone, run the Windows update utility (it may tell you that it needs attention), and then they will be cleared out.
Occasionally, I have to run this utility to prevent updates that won't install and driver updates that are causing issues from installing.
I know it isn't exactly a fix for getting the updates to install, but since you have tried everything else at least they won't be 'gumming up' the Windows update program.

Hi:
The only suggestion I can offer would be to google the KB##### update numbers and try installing them from the Windows standalone update from Microsoft. They normally have a link to manually install each update.
For example:
This is KB5012592 (OS Build 22000.613).
If the update fails to install in Windows Update, google KB5012592 and you will find a link to the standalone update.
You would want the second file listed since it is for W11 64 bit.
Download the update and run it.
This link provides more info regarding updates, and how to get the standalone update (which I had already provided).
April 12, 2022—KB5012592 (OS Build 22000.613) (microsoft.com)
Hopefully, there are standalone updates for the two files you can't install and hopefully the manual install will work.

Thank you very much for your response. The updates in question are KB4023057 and KB5014697. I can't find the first one in the catalog and the second one gives an error message: The update does not apply to your computer.
