Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to Download the HP Cloud Recovery tool using a USB and NOT being directed to Microsoft Store. Where can I download the tool directly without using Microsoft Store but direct from HP?  Thank you.

Hi:

 

You cannot download the file from HP anymore.

 

Fortunately, I saved it a while back when you could.

 

I have zipped up and attached the cloud recovery tool executable file below.
