Product: HP Chromebook 11 G6 EE

I have recently changed the motherboard on my HP Chromebook 11 G6 EE as there was an issue with the previous one. But, I have no idea how to access the FTP server for the RMA shim. May someone guide me through this on access to the FTP server to obtain the RMA Shim.
