Hi @Starlite420,

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're stoked to have you on board!

To help us get started on resolving your issue, could you please share the model name of your device?

Meanwhile, you can try these steps:

Prepare a USB Flash Drive

Use a USB drive with at least 8GB of storage.

Make sure to back up any data, as this process will erase the drive.

Download Windows ISO on Your Phone

Open your phone’s browser and go to the official Microsoft Windows Download page.

Select your version of Windows and download the ISO file.

Transfer ISO to USB Drive

Connect your USB drive to your phone using a USB OTG adapter (if your phone supports it).

Use a file manager app to copy the ISO file to the USB drive.

Note: Simply copying the ISO isn’t enough—you need to make it bootable.

Make USB Bootable from Phone

On Android, apps like EtchDroid or Rufus alternatives can write ISO to USB and make it bootable.

Follow the app instructions to select the ISO and the USB drive, then create a bootable drive.

Boot from USB on Laptop

Insert the USB into your laptop.

Restart the laptop and press the boot menu key (often F12, Esc, or F9 depending on your laptop brand).

Select the USB drive to boot.

Repair Windows

Once booted from USB, choose Repair your computer → Troubleshoot → Startup Repair to fix the BOOTMGR issue.

Reinstall Windows (if needed)

If repair doesn’t work, you can use the same USB to reinstall Windows while keeping your files if prompted.

I hope this helps.

I'm glad I could help! 😊 If this resolved your issue, please mark it as "Accepted Solution" and click "Yes" on "Was this reply helpful?" Your feedback not only keeps us going but also helps others find the solution faster! 👍

Take care and have an amazing day ahead! 🚀

Best regards,
