Hi @crtrojas,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To create a recovery disk for your HP Omen 17t-an000, you typically have a few options.

  • HP Recovery Manager: This software is usually pre-installed on HP computers. You can use it to create recovery media. You can find it by searching your computer or looking in the HP folder in the Start menu.
  • Download from HP Support: You can visit the HP support website, enter your computer's model number (in your case, Omen 17t-an000), and look for recovery options. HP sometimes provides recovery disk creation tools or downloadable recovery images.
  • Create a recovery USB drive: If you can't find a pre-installed recovery manager or downloadable recovery image, you can create a recovery USB drive using Windows' built-in tools. You'll need a USB flash drive with enough storage space (usually at least 16GB). Search for "create a recovery drive" in the Windows search bar, and follow the prompts.

Once you have your recovery disk or USB drive, you can use it to reinstall or reset your system as needed. If you're running into space issues, ensure that the disk or USB drive you're using has enough space and that you're not trying to back up more data than it can hold. If space continues to be an issue, you may need to use an external storage device with more capacity.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.

I couldn't find the image,  and the laptop shows that the hard drive doesn't have enough space for re install the widows.

Could I create a usb media from another omen that I have and try to reinstall the windows on that laptop?

How could I get the windows license? I bought that laptop with windows license.
