Hello to all...
In my laptop i have preinstalled windows 8.1 , but due to lack of knowledge i had resetted all my laptop (as due to wrong installation of windows 10)then my recovery manager also get unistalled and operating system and all...and get into windows 10 but non activated soo i switched to windows 7(as thata time i think windows 7 is good and easy to use)
For some time i had used windows 7 but know now i want to reinstall windows 8.1 and i have tried it by thinking that windows will automatically activat by using my OEM key but it does not activated
Soo now what can i do to recover my windows ????or get my laptop as in facotry reset state??

If you are interested in a Recovery set from HP, it would restore everything back to "factory fresh" and also restore the Recovery Manager and the Recovery Partition. See here to see if HP can still provide

I'm not an HP employee.
