Product: HP Spectre 15-eb1 x360 Convertible Laptop PC IDS Base Model

Hi I’m Minner,

Talk about rage against the machine. LoL

Opened my computer went in to check for  UPDATES. Computer read that there was an update for my computer for WINDOWS 11 something or other. So I clicked update. Took forever to download. Computer then stated it needed to restart, and that it would restart by itself. Cool. No problem there. Computer shuts down, restarts and I have the black HP screen and my little wheel turning. Okay. Waited. Waited.   Waited. Waited. Waited and waited some more. Then a blue screen pops up with a sad face 😞 and states that my computer ran in to a problem that again it will restart for me.  Stop code: Driver PNP_Watchdog. Then it tries to restart again and again a long wait time. Then another blue screen comes up and states my computer has an error and needs to be REPAIRED. WTH? All I did was download an HP Windows update!

 

Now I am stuck with a 1 year old computer that will not restart.  

HELP PLEASE! This is all on HP Windows fault. There wasn’t one thing wrong with my computer before.  

Is there someone who can walk me through this and help me fix this PLEASE! Please.  Please. Please. Please. Please.
