Hi @Holamakrol,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you're experiencing an issue with enabling TPM 2.0 on your OMEN By HP 25L Gaming Desktop PC running Windows 11. If TPM is enabled in your BIOS settings but Windows still doesn't recognize it and shows an incompatibility pop-up, there could be a few reasons for this.
Here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot the issue:
- Check TPM Firmware Version: Ensure that your TPM firmware version is compatible with Windows 11. Sometimes, even though TPM is enabled in BIOS, the firmware version might be outdated, causing compatibility issues with Windows 11. You may need to update the firmware if an update is available.
- Clear TPM: Try clearing the TPM and then re-enabling it in BIOS. Sometimes, clearing the TPM can resolve issues related to detection.
- BIOS Update: Check if there are any BIOS updates available for your OMEN By HP 25L Gaming Desktop PC. BIOS updates can sometimes include fixes for TPM-related issues.
- Driver Updates: Ensure that all your device drivers, especially the TPM driver, are up to date. You can check for driver updates through the Device Manager or HP's support website. Software and Drivers for OMEN by HP 25L Gaming Desktop GT15-0017nl PC
- TPM Initialization: In some cases, TPM might need to be initialized within Windows. You can do this by searching for "TPM Management" in the Start menu, then following the prompts to initialize TPM.
- Security Policy: Check if there are any group policies or security settings in Windows that might be affecting TPM detection. Ensure that the security policies related to TPM are configured correctly.

I hope this helps.
