Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello All

 

Got a 15-ba054sa which I beleive has a faulty RAM stick. Since I do not have any RAM to test with this machine I would like to use the HP diagnostic tools that usually appear when you turn on the machine and press F2. When I press F2 it looks like it tries to load to the diagnostic toools but then it goes to a black screen. I am thinking that the HP tools need to be reinstalled but when I looked on the support site for this model but could not see them. I am probably not looking properly so it would be usueful if someone to give me the link.

 

 

Edit:- Machine boots fine at the moment just very slow even after doing a complete reinstall
