Hi

I`m getting a message each time I boot up regarding Red X value (see below) having been given this laptop from a friend who emigrated I`ve got know idea what the values should be, any help out ther?

This is seen when booting to Windows after the POST of the BIOS?

 

Are you connecting to an external display?

 

If not, just uninstall the DreamColor utility and that should resolve the issue.

 

another method would be removing it from the startup applications.
