Product: HP ProBook 11 EE G1 Notebook PC (ENERGY STAR)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop drive is corrupted due to virus or malware. I reset my laptop but not reseting. Can't reset. And when i reset window drive then i start window. But now my drive is corrupt and not opening. And now my laptop is power of and when i on my pc its showing issue and restart

Based on the information provided, you should use Microsoft's Media Creation Tool to install from a USB drive. Be sure to back up any data if you haven't already and install from scratch.
