My Laptop Product is HP Laptop 15-da0xxx ,
My life moves very happy and smooth with the laptop until Windows Update(Version 2004) appears in my laptop , as a genuine user i updated all the recommended updates given in both Windows Update and HP Support Assistant . After i updated my OS to Windows Version(2004) which was given in the windows update , then when i turn on my laptop I was shocked to see the Error:- "Operating System Not Found" and point is that i even update all the things in my HP Support Assistant . Is there any mistake on my side on updating all recommended Updates given by HP and Microsoft Windows to stay safe. After quite a searching and trails on the black screen i found that system recovery option and reset my laptop losing all my files and data. And even after reset (Back to Windows Version 1909) i face many problems such as mouse cursor working in weird fashion , disk usage going to 100% . And again Windows is auto updating all the things and again the same problem repeats Error:-"Operating System Not Found" After quite a research and trails i got to know that my drivers are not compatible with the operating system which i am using. Do you think a normal user who uses the laptop only for browsing purpose should face such problems even after trusting and doing all the updates even if i he is low data in his internet plan. Please Help me out, when ever i turn on my laptop for some work, my laptop troubles me giving me new problems such as mouse working in weird way, Laptop becomimg slow due to high disk usage. If you want more details on my problem give me your e-mail address which is having hp.com as domain (to trust that the person is from HP Company Only). Please help me out . Please. I atleast hope that i would get a replay out for this.
Additional Details:-
When the Disk usage is 100% no program uses more than 0.5MB/s(Task Manager Tells this) and even after checking in resource monitor no such program performing such Input/Output operations that heavy to slow down the system.
Even When i am writing this my mouse pointer troubles me a lot thank god i have touch in my laptop.

Thank you for the update.
Is the computer working fine after doing the factory reset? If yes, then I recommend you hold on to the Windows version 2004 until all the drivers are available for that version.
You can go ahead and install all the HP updates on the computer.
I hope that answers your question.
Cheers!

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are facing multiple issues after upgrading Windows to version 2004.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
What is the product number of your computer?
I recommend you run a system test on the computer to make sure whether it is a software or a hardware related issue.
Follow the steps in the below article to run the test.
