Hello i am from TR, i bought this computer on November 2017 and since then whenever i watch something i get this blue screen error. I called the customer services and they took my computer like 3 times and couldn't find any problem but i have pictures and video records. I wanted to change my computer, the last time they called me i told this and they said we need to find the problem first and then we can change it but they couldn't find it. I have no idea why is this happening and i thought someone could help me here.
Thanks.

Welcome !
WHAT IT IS ?
Your problem is known as >Blue Screen of Death (BSOD)< BSOD is kind of Windows self-protection feature. If you received a blue screen error, or stop code, the computer has shut down abruptly to protect itself from data loss.
WHY IT HAPPENS ?
A hardware device, its driver, or related software might have caused this error.
What you describe could happen because of incompatible with Windows driver (most often) or because of hardware issue (rarely).
Microsoft analysis of the root causes of crashes indicates the following:
70 percent are caused by third-party driver code
10 percent are caused by hardware issues
5 percent are caused by Microsoft code
15 percent have unknown causes (because the memory is too corrupted to analyze)
YOUR ERROR PARTICULARLY
Driver Power State Failure errors are usually caused by a computer or device driver going into sleep mode while you’re still using the device. Windows would send a wake signal to the device once it is needed and if the device doesn’t respond in time or at all, Windows flags a Driver Power State Failure error. The error can be caused either by the driver itself or the Windows power settings.
In order to troubleshoot, I would need some specific information.
Configuration1
Disable hibernation and sleep mode of Windows. Disable turning of hard disk drive
Go to Control Panel -> Power options.
Check these instructions to (1) Disable Sleep and (2) Disable Hibernation
>> https://www.pugetsystems.com/labs/support-software/How-to-disable-Sleep-Mode-or-Hibernation-793/
Configuration2
Disable turning of hard disk drive
- Open up Power Options in the Control Panel.
- Click "Change plan settings" next to your current power plan
- Click "Change advanced power settings"
- Click the + sign next to "Hard Disk drive"
- Configure them to disable (zero 0) so that it never goes to sleep or hibernate
- Confirm the changes by clicking OK/Apply
Test your hardware for issues
1. Please, shutdown the computer using the power button
2. Power it on.
2.1 As soon as you press the power-on button, keep hitting the Esc button (like tap-tap-tap).
This should open a HP Startup Menu
3. Choose F2 to open System Diagnostics. Follow the on-screen instructions to perform System Test >> Quick test.
If these are not available, please test the hard disk drive and memory RAM

If the tests pass without issues, continue. If not, please, let me know
