Hi!
I installed a new copy of win 7 my laptop yesterday but the USB ports didn't work after that, and I suffered a lot to download the driver for the wireless but I didn't find as solution for the usb problem! so Any one can help me ?

Hi:

 

Your screenshot shows the Intel USB driver is installed, so the USB should be working.

 

The only other suggestion I can offer would be to install the USB driver directly from Intel.

 

Download unzip and run the setup application.  Then restart the PC.

Also, please post the hardware ID's for the two unknown devices in your screenshot, and I will post the links to the drivers you need for those.

Here is the Windows 7 64 bit driver download page and for some reason they left the USB 3 driver off:

Use this driver:

Can you find the device IDs of the other unknown devices. You have an incomplete OS install there for lack of proper drivers.
