Hi I have my old laptop which I am giving it away, but just wanna make sure it is in a good condition before donating, so was testing it out. Few weeks ago everything seemed find. But now I can connect to the internet but can’t open a single webpage. Not sure what’s wrong (is it because the browser is obsolete?). I have windows 7 installed on the computer. Now the thing is I can either use an old iso disk I have for windows 10 to clean install the whole hard drive or else need to get the internet working else it’ll almost be useless for those who get it as well.
but on the support page there is no driver for this laptop for windows 10, latest driver is till windows 7. Any advise?

Hi:

The notebook was never supported by HP for W10, W8, or W8.1 which is why you can't find any of those drivers for it on the support page.

Usually the W7 drivers will work for most of the devices W10 doesn't install.

Since Internet Explorer has been retired, you can download Microsoft Edge for W7 from the link below and use that for browsing the internet.

Select the W7 download option from the black download drop down button at the link below.
