Hola a todos. Tengo un equipo antiguo en el que no puedo reinstalar el windows 7 porque me está pidiendo el controlador del DVD, y no hay forma de avanzar en la instalación. He descargado todos los dirver que hay de este equipo en la web de soporte de HP, pero no consigo avanzar.

es posible encontrar ese controlador de otra forma? El dispositivo es el siguiente:

DVD RW AD-7701H ATA.

Espero me puedan ayudar, muchas gracias.

If you are getting that error, the installation media you are using has a problem.

 

How did you create the installation media?

 

Did you burn a W7 ISO file to a DVD?
