Or use HP 15 Notebook PC and confirm the exact match from the list.

 

Step 2: Download Key Drivers

Once your product page loads, select Windows 10 (64-bit) as your operating system. Then download and install the following:

Unfortunately, I can neither add my product to HP Support Assistant nor can I find it with its serial number. When I type HP 15 notebook pc, nothing comes up.
