Hello,

 

I recently bought a HP ENVY x360 - 13-ag0003ng notebook.

 

Where can I find drivers for this notebook?

 

If I enter my serial number or "HP ENVY x360 - 13-ag0003ng" or "13-ag0003ng" on this page
https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/laptops

I get the message "Sorry, no results match your search".

 

If I click on "Let HP detect your product", my notebook is detected correctly (Model and Serial Number). But if I click on the detected Notebook, I am again redirected to an error page...

I noticed on a lot of these newest models, there is no specific support page yet.

 

You can use the W10 drivers and software from the base model's (13-ag0000) support page.

Probably a temporay glitch on HP support site. I have had intermittent issues the past couple of days.

I have had intermittent issues all weekend on driver/software pages. Have you had any problems? Sometimes the message is "Sorry,blah,blah" but most often I get>

Yes!!! I am constantly getting the 400 Bad Request error, but on Edge it works fine.

 

I prefer to use IE but now have to switch to tag-teaming two browers.

 

It only seems that I am having issues with the HP site.  I am not having any issues with any other websites on IE 11.

 

However, if you ever encounter an issue like the above, it is largely because HP is behind on setting up support pages.

 

They have created a base model support page for every model that I know of.

 

If someone can't find a support page, just search by the  -000 or 0000 and you will get a driver page like I did.

 

You may have to use Edge, but you will get a support page.
