Here is your laptop driver page below it shows drivers for Windows 10 but both windows 10/11 as same core so drivers provided there will also work on windows 11. (Only in rare cases specific driver compatibility issue arises but can easily fixed or ignored as driver will be installed by windows update)

Or, you can also just run windows update and it will install all drivers automatically. It it doesn't have wifi driver to run windows update then download and install it from driver page of your laptop first.

The reason why there are no W11 drivers in your notebook's support page is because your PC does not meet Microsoft's minimum W11 hardware requirements because none of the processors offered in the model series meet the minimum requirement of an Intel 8th gen core or newer processor.

If everything is working fine, then you don't need to install any drivers beyond the information that Venom21 has provided you.

If things aren't working correctly, and you have done everything you can, the only suggestion I can offer besides going back to W10 would be to try the W11 drivers from the HP EliteBook x360 1030 G3's support page for those items.
