Hi:

AMD notebooks do not need storage controller drivers and the Intel RST driver is only needed for PC's with Intel 11th > 13th generation core processors.

From the information I could find regarding your notebook, it originally came with W11 Home from HP, which means that it should be supported by the HP cloud recovery tool.

The HP cloud recovery tool will make a bootable USB recovery drive that will factory reset the drive to its 'out of the box' condition.

Here is an info link for how to use the utility.  You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive for this.

HP Consumer PCs - Using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool in Windows 11 and 10 | HP® Support

You can download the software from the Microsoft Store.

HP Cloud Recovery Tool - Free download and install on Windows | Microsoft Store

Since you have to use the software on another PC as yours is not working, you will need to enter your PC's product number in the tool's search window in order to proceed.

Your PC's product number is 7D1U7EA#, but you also need to include the 3 characters to the right of the # sign, which I do not know.

Hi Paul I have downloaded the recovery bootable tool. Now when I try to run it says: failed to get disk size error code 0x000001B1

Then again it says: recovery not supported under current configuration, please enable acceleration option for Intel smart response technology and try again.

I really don't know what to do now

Hi:

Unfortunately, I don't know what to do about that issue either since you have an AMD notebook and there is no Intel smart response technology feature in your notebook.

I'm afraid I can't help you with the problem because your notebook needs no storage controller drivers and since the recovery media has a problem, I don't know what to do to fix it.

You may have to resort to taking the PC into your local PC repair shop and see if they can figure out the problem.
