I recently purchased hp laptop 15 which came with Windows 11 home & MSO pre installed. But in windows 10, my medical software doesn't run so I installed windows 10 on it but now, drivers for this hp model are not available for windows 10. How to resolve the issue? Please help.

What's the full model number or product number of your notebook?
Use this guide to find that information:
Find Your HP Laptop Name, Product Number, or Serial Number | HP Notebooks | HP Support (youtube.com)
There's no guarantee that you will be able to get your notebook to work correctly on W10.

You're very welcome.
The only W10 drivers I can provide for your notebook would be the chipset, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
But after the Wi-Fi driver is installed, hopefully Windows update will install some drivers.
Chipset: Install first and restart the PC:

Wi-Fi:

Bluetooth:
Realtek RTL8xxx Series Bluetooth Driver

After you install the above drivers and let Windows update install any drivers it may find, go to the device manager and post the device descriptions and hardware ID's for any remaining devices that need drivers.
