Hi!

I bougt hp 250 g9 an i tried to install my drivers with HPSA but, HPSA cant find any driver updates for my laptop. And when i try to detect my laptop it detect automatically windows 11 even if i am using windows 10.  Any thoughts on this?

Hi:

Since your notebook is only supported for W11 by HP, you won't find any W10 HP drivers for your notebook and the HP Support assistant is only going to find driver updates for W11 if any are released.

Please see the HP 250 G9 Quickspecs where you can see the list of supported Windows operating systems.

If you are needing W10 drivers for your notebook you may want to try the W10 drivers from the HP Probook 450 G9, except the BIOS and firmware files.

HP supports the more expensive business notebooks for W10 and W11, and the 450 G9 has similar hardware as yours.

Otherwise, take the free upgrade to the supported W11 operating system, and you can use the drivers from your notebook's support page.
