Hi:
There is no guarantee the touch screen will work on W7, but here are the links to the W7 drivers you need...
Chipset (installs the smbus and usb 3 controllers). Select the W10/W7 x64 chipset driver from the webpage (2nd file listed) and restart the PC.
https://www.amd.com/en/support/chipsets/amd-8-series-chipsets/890fx
Graphics: Scroll down the page, select the W7 x64 driver and restart the PC.
Radeon software Adrenalin Edition 18.9.3 430 MB
Audio: Accept the agreement. Download and install the 64 bit driver on the webpage, and restart the PC.
Ethernet: Download, unzip and run the setup application from the W7 driver at the link below...
SD card reader: Download, unzip and run the setup application from the 1st driver listed at the link below...
Wifi:

Hi:
You have to change some BIOS settings....Enable Legacy Mode/Disable Secure Boot
See this link for the settings to change.
https://www.support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03736054/
Plug the flash drive into the notebook's USB2 port. It won't work from a USB3 port.
Then turn on the PC, tap the ESC key at the beginning of the HP welcome screen to get the menu of options.
Select the F9 boot options menu and from that select the Legacy USB flash drive, and press the Enter key.
The PC should now boot from the W7 installer.
