During Factory reset laptop crashed -
it restarted on its own. After restart i got windows install error-
" Computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install Windows, click OK to restart the computer, and then restart installation
I click ok, laptop restarts and the same error.
Its a loop
ive done all the troubleshoot steps that were suggested when you restart - press esc multiple times.
Please help!

You can use the HP cloud recovery tool to reinstall Windows, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.
Here is an info link for how to use the utility. You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive to create the recovery media with.

You can download the software from the Microsoft Store.

Since you have to use the utility on another PC, so you will need to enter your notebook's product number in the tool's search window in order to proceed to make the recovery media.
