Product: Hp revolve 810 g3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently reinstalled windows 10 on my notebook and since then I kept getting 100 percent gpu usage doing nothing!

The system lagging so bad that is unusable!

I tried reinstalling gpu driver, installation of previous versions. Reinstalling windows 10 and reinstalling previous versions of windows but it's still there.

I read alot about this problem and it seems it's not just me, but there is not any solution 

I'd anyone know a solution please help.
