From my experience, ANY attempt to create too many partitions on an MBR-formatted drive will ALWAYS generate a warning message -- which you must have ignored -- in order to FORCE the conversion to Dynamic Disks. That is a very serious problem you have created and now, might not be reversible.
Here is a thread from Microsoft detailing how the conversion back can be done -- but understand, there is a great risk of losing everything on the basic volume you converted: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/storage/disk-management/change-a-dynamic-disk-back-t...
Since you can't boot up and can't usen F11, then if you simply can not boot into Windows anymore, then you will need to resort to using HP Recovery Media, which you will have to purchase, to do a factory reset on your PC -- and you will lose everything on the drive in the process.

Hello
Somehow I have been able to boot into my system. Now when I see in diskmgmt tool I see all the Volumes as Dynamic...I have C Drive where operating system is installed. And I have another Volume 😧 which is of 119 GB and is shown as Dynamic. I want to partition this 😧 drive into smaller units and make all of them as basic drives. How can I do that ?

You can't partition a dynamic disk into basic volumes.
What you would have to do, since you FORCED dynamic disks, is try to convert them back to basic volumes -- and I already provided you a link to information on that.
