Looking for EFI Partition.  My Computer went blank over a year ago, and i'm trying to restore it.
I read i can restore it by using a bootable USB and getting the EFI partition from HP.

My laptop is 2018:

HP Flagship High 15.6 inch HD Laptop PC, AMD A6-9220 Dual-Core, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD, DVD +/-RW, Bluetooth, USB 3.1, HDMI, Windows 10 Home

Hi:

You should be able to use the HP cloud recovery tool to make a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.

Here is an info link for how to use the utility.  You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive for this.

HP Consumer PCs - Using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool in Windows 11 and 10 | HP® Customer Support

You can download the software from the Microsoft Store.

HP Cloud Recovery Tool - Microsoft Store Apps

Since you have to install and run the cloud recovery tool on another PC, you will have to enter the notebook's full product number in the tool's search window in order to proceed to make the recovery media.

All data currently on the hard drive will be lost by using this method of recovery.

Since you didn't post the model number of your notebook, I can't tell you what the product number is.

The product number will be arranged like this:  XXXXXXX#ABA

You can use this guide to help you find that information...
