HOW I ENABLE A OPTION THAT IS "ALLOW THE SHORTCUT KEY TO SHOW SYSTEM INFORMATION" BY MISTAKE I DISABLE THIS OPTION SO I WANT TO ENABLE OPTION SO PLEASE HELP ME . I WANT TO BACK USE SHORTCUT KEYS FN+ESC BUTTON FOR THIS SCREEN MESSAGE WHICH IS SHOWN IN THE PICTURE.

I understand that you would like to enable the fn ESC shortcut key for the system information.
You can use Command Prompt or PowerShell too. In any of these apps, type msinfo32 on the command line and press ENTER.
To reinstall all the Windows 10 built-in apps which you uninstalled over time, all you have to do is run a specific command. Type or copy-paste the following command inside your PowerShell window:
Get-AppxPackage -allusers | foreach {Add-AppxPackage -register "$($_.InstallLocation)\appxmanifest.xml" -DisableDevelopmentMode}
