Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop works fine unless I click on the battery icon in the bottom right corner. After that I cannot use the laptop. The cursor can be moved around but I cannot click on anything or use any shortcut (ctrl+alt+del doesn't work either).

I recorder what's happening, here's a link:

Thank you in advance for any help. Let me know if any details are needed.

Thanks for the reply @sandytechy20

I have the latest version of BIOS and I already tried system restore in order to fix this isssue, which persisted after installing the drivers. I also tried your methord via "device manager" and that didn't solve the issue either.

Any other suggestions?

thanks for help!

Thanks for the suggestion and sorry for a late reply.

I reinstalled the whole Windows. That fixed the issue, I wished it wasn's so long winded.

Thanks again.
