It looks like your post was split off into your own thread -- most likely done by a Mod since you were trying to hijack someone else's thread with your problem.

So unfortunately, there is no information in your thread about this "PM" you mention.

You need to provide the details.

My pavilion g6 has a corrupt boot file . I tried a factory reset and now I get this error code. The laptop won’t boot up from the recovery disc. I’ve run scans on the hard drive and memory and it shows no issues.
