Product: HP Chromebook - 14-db0023dx
Operating System: Chrome OS

I have an HP Chromebook. Error message is Chrome OS is missing or damaged. I've gone through troubleshooting with no luck. I'm not pc savvy when it comes to fixing technical issues.   Recovery issue states; 0x5a / 0x5a No bootable storage device in system. Please help 😞

Hi, @MzQ I see that you may not be comfortable handling this issue on your own. I suggest that you go to your local repair shop to have your PC repaired. A good technician will be able to help you out and get your laptop fixed.
