ERROR:the feature you are trying to use is on a cd-rom or other removable disk that is not available

i downloaded hp support assistance and hp intel hd audio driver from hp website

and when  i tried to install it showing error(the feature you are trying to use is on a cd-rom or other removable disk that is not available) like thisCapture.JPG.can any one help me.i didnt find any hp support assistance.msi file in my pc

This problem can occur if your existing Office 2000 installation needs to be repaired.
