Product: HP Chromebook 11 G5 EE

Hello, i am using hp Chromebook.

I want to download a apk file and install in my Chromebook.

But I am unable to install the apk file.

It's saying turn on chrom os developer option.

I was turned on developer option from settings from Advanced option.

But it was not working.

So, i watched some videos about how to turn on developer option on Chromebook OS. 

Press and hold the ESC + refresh key 

then click on,

Power button

And stay pressed and hold the ESC+ refresh key until the window gets appears.

 

But the developer option is appears i tried many times my Chromebook start normally, nothing changed i tried on both open and closed screen (shutdown).

please help me to turn on developer option.
