I need some help because each time I try to open my laptop there is a message says that: the system has detected the storage capacity of the battery stated below, battery may need to be replace. I need some help please to know what to do. Even though when I try to plug my laptop it can not take charge.

This is a peer-to-peer forum. We do not work for or represent HP.
The only suggestion I can offer would be to replace the battery because it can't take/hold a charge anymore.
Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook:
HP Notebook PCHP 250 G5 Notebook PCHP 256 G5 Notebook PC Maintenance and Service Guide
The battery part number and description based on the serial number of your notebook is:
4-cell, 41-Whr, 2.8-Ah Li-ion battery HP part # 807957-001
You can order a new battery from HP at the link below: $81.82
