The only way to recover your notebook's BitLocker key would be if you had printed it out or exported it to your Microsoft account when you first set up your notebook.

 

Find your BitLocker recovery key - Microsoft Support

 

Without the key you will have to clean install Windows on the encrypted drive so you can use your notebook again.
