These are the specifications of my HP laptop, but when i search on hp websites about the windowa version it doesn't show. Isn't 24H2  an official version ?

please help me

I understand you’re using an HP Laptop PC 15s-du3000 running:

  • Windows Edition: Windows 11 Home Single Language
  • Version: 24H2
  • Installed on 19-Oct-2024

Let me explain why you're not seeing support for version 24H2 on HP's driver support page.

Currently, HP does not provide any drivers specifically labelled for Windows 11 version 24H2 for the HP Laptop PC 15s-du3000 on its official support website.

This is not an error — it simply means that HP has not yet validated and published updated drivers for this newer Windows version on your specific model.


What You Should Do:

While 24H2 is a valid Windows release from Microsoft, HP’s drivers for 22H2 are typically compatible and functional on 24H2 as well.
 

Recommendation:

Please use the drivers listed under Windows 11 22H2: HP Laptop PC 15s-du3000 Software and Driver Downloads | HP® Support — they will usually:

  • Installed without issues on 24H2
  • Help resolve problems with audio, touchpad, graphics, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and more
