HP Recommended

I recently buy a couple of the new HP Elite 800 G9, and while I'm able to remove pre-installed apps with PowerShell, I'm having trouble with the wallpapers and lock screen settings. HP's customizations seem to override my Intune policies, preventing me from setting them. Additionally, my PowerShell script for applying a theme doesn't work on the HP-installed Windows 11, unlike on a clean install. Any tips or tricks for effectively removing HP's OEM customizations?
