HP EliteBook 850 G5
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP EliteBook 850 G5 running Windows 10 Pro Version 1909.  The laptop won't update to the May 2020 update and now the Oct 2020 update.  My two HP desktops have updated to the Oct 2020 update.  The system BIOS is Q78 Ver. 01.14.01 10/16/2020.  Included is what I get when I click on 'Check for Updates'.  Does anyone have any idea why my laptop won't update to either of these Windows 10 updates?  Thanks.Capture.JPG

Basically, no one here knows -- and the only folks that do (Microsoft) will not tell you specifically why.  MS has BLOCKED some PCs due to hardware issues from these updates, but they will not tell folks which issues, and they will not tell folks when the issues are going to be resolved.  In fact, a new issue with both 20.04 and 20H2 came out only this last week.

Thanks for the quick reply.  OK, so I just have to wait.
