Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Good day, I need to install BIOS version 1.14 on laptops. Because on 1.14 it has bluetooth working. Attempts to install bios result in signature errors. Through win + b when the flash drive is inserted, a black screen. Help me to reselve that errors.
