OK,

In this case (since you do not have the options suggested above),  you will end up with the options I posted initially - above.

 

  1. st Option -> Create Windows 8 installation media from USB, boot from it, attempt the BCD repair steps
  2. nd Option -> Reinstall Windows using your F11 HP Recovery Manager. However, data will be deleted during that process. In order to extract important data, save it on external source/media and then restore it back after the recovery completes.
    You need to follow these steps here, create another bootable media like Linux based one and extract the data

 

I realize the steps may not be simple and quick fix - they do take time. I would recommend you take your time and do it step by step.
