Hi All, We have recently upgraded to this device from a very good spectre X360 - 13-aw0120tu.

We are seeing a weird glitch which really impacts the ability to work on the device. We are using normal business apps (outlook, teams, zoom, chrome and edge). When running as usual, chrome and/ or edge will lock up/ freeze every 7-8 minutes, stopping this system until it gets over it or after we force shut the apps and re start. occasionally we experience an issue in teams.

Our backup is an even older HP Spectre x360 - 13-w011tu which exhibits none of these issues. The frequency of the issue must be a key to this but I can't see what the situation is.

We are running through a G5 dock and have 20mbup / 100down broadband connected gigabit ethernet.

Appreciate any suggestions or steps to resolve or troubleshoot.

Hello

first step is to download and run HP Image Assistant. with HPIA you can update BIOS and drivers and even read the Knowledge base.

After updates , verfiy if the problem is still there. I any case I never heard about such a behaviour as you wrote.

bye

Hi There,

Thanks for the response. All BIOS and other items were up to date, and had run pre boot hardware diagnostics, which all passed without issues. Open to any other suggestions.
