Product: HP EliteBook 2760p Tablet PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I posted the Recovery to Factory question for Elitebook 2760P on 5/15/2023. The original problem was that the keyboard disordered due to software reasons. I want to recover the PC to the factory default. So far no reply yet. As this website does not support Windows 10 for Elitebook drivers; I degraded the OS to Windows 7 today. The keyboard disorder is still there. A new problem occurred. That is the Ethernet Controller can't be installed. It always say that the driver file was not found. I really don't know the reason. Now 2 questions need help: 1. What is the reason that the Ethernet controller can't be found. 2. Is it easier to recover the PC to the factory Default with the current Windows 7 than Windows 10. I really need help.
