Anyone know if there is a custom iso of Ubuntu or mint linux with kernel 5.10 to use this machine?

This is NOT a Linux forum -- as we do not support Linux distros here, nor does HP.

 

Your best bet is to contact the support forum of the Linux distros you are interested in using.
