Hello,
I can't figure out why my notebook still doesn't receive the update to Win10 v2004.
When checking the link provided at the update page in the configuration menue the only issue I could find was the one regarding Conexant ISST audio drivers but the driver version isn't lower than mentioned:
(Image isn't shown, but Version is: 7.231.3.0)
Am I missing an additional issue or is something wrong with my notebook?
Many thanks,
Chris

Hi:
There is no telling why your notebook hasn't gotten the update yet.
You can always immediately update to the latest version of W10, which is now v2004 by clicking on the blue Update Now button at the link below.

Hi Paul,
many thanks for your hint and sorry for the late reply!
But I have to admit that I'm still afraid of crashing my notebook by clicking the mentioned button because Microsoft explicitly says:
"Note We recommend that you do not attempt to manually update using the Update now button or the Media Creation Tool until this issue has been resolved."
Has anybody who owns a notebook of the 755-series got an “automatically” update until now?
Regards, Chris
