Elitebook 840 G3 cannot be turned on, only keyboard lights blinks

Hi

My laptop cannot be turned on, when i click in the power button i see black screen and just the keyboard lights blinking wihtout beeps

the keyboard lights pattern blinking fast between 00:20s and 00:30s and without any beeps and black screen what should i do now

This is something I cannot fix remotely. It's definitely a BIOS or board issue.

one of those laptops I gave him some punches and he works correctly now then i went to another laptop and i gave him the same punches and he works too

but im sure the problem will come back soon
